Unopened products purchased by customers may be returned postmarked within 30 days of your delivery date. All seals must remain intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure your products if you wish to protect your refund. Sphera Joy will not be responsible for lost return shipments. Certain items may not be returnable and will be labeled such at the time of purchase.

Return Policy, Damaged Goods During Shipping, Retail and Wholesale Customers
Please inspect all shipments for signs of damage at the time of delivery. Note any exceptions with the carrier. If any products are damaged please save all packaging and take several photos.

Prior to shipping any items contact our returns department if you are a retail customer for an RMA number, this will ensure proper credit to your account, Products sent back without an RMA WILL BE REJECTED.
